Erin Conover Murray

Hi, I’m Erin Conover-Murray and I am an Interior Design here in Cincinnati and own my own Interior Design company. I grew up on the westside of Cincinnati, married a man from Nothern Kentucky and did the unthinkable by moving to the eastside of Cincy.

I have a degree in Interior Design from the College of Mount St. Joseph and have been fulfilling client dreams for over 25 years. I draw inspiration from the other creatives in my family; my grandmother was a seamstress and made costumes for Kings Island back in the day. My sister is an architect in New York City. Two of my aunts are Graphic Designers and my mother is a cake artist. I also draw inspiration from beautiful Cincinnati, and from my interest in history, art and love of nature. I have taught new designers as an Interior Design Instructor at the Art Institute of Ohio, where I focus on teaching how to design floor plans, how to design with and specify lighting, and the lost art of hand rendering.

I have been featured in the Cincinnati Enquirer for interior design, renovation and restoration work and have received awards for Homearama and Citirama homes. Homearama and Citirama have always been a great opportunity to show visitors how good design can be a multi-layered, sensory stimulating experience that pushes the design envelope.

I created a design model called the Design Facelift, bringing good design to clients in an affordable, efficient package. In 2020, with Covid-19 redefining how we all live and work, I launched Erin’s Design with Wine on YouTube to showcase my work and design process.
