Patrick Oliverio has a seemingly insatiable appetite for exploring details and mining information. After listening to him for even a short period of time, one can readily see that he doesn’t dabble at things in life but instead, he enjoys applying some level of analytics to whatever subject interests him. “That’s why my wife hates to shop with me,” he muses.
Analytics pays off
OK, so maybe shopping for shirts is a bad example, but there are many areas of his life where knowledge is power. As CEO and Co-Owner of Empire Contractors LLC, Patrick is anything but complacent about his desire to be the most knowledgeable authority in his trade. Empire is a local professional exterior renovation company specializing in roofing, gutters and siding for both commercial and residential properties. Keeping pace with his industry takes time and commitment, but that is where Patrick and his team excel. “We actually try to include EXTRA steps in our projects in order to gain a deeper understanding of the problem and the solution,” says Patrick.
Growing an Empire
Empire Contractors LLC began in 2011 when Patrick and his two partners saw a growing need for reliable local exterior contractors. The company has grown from its original three and is now home to 16 employees. Patrick credits the company’s growth to Empire’s ability to service their clients’ needs ahead of the company agenda. Understanding that each project requires an analysis of the current available technology, materials and solutions, Empire strives to recommend the solution that is the best for the client’s budget.
He sums it up better than I do:
“Striving to be perfect is not the goal, but striving to honorable in my business relationships is.”
Just for fun
